An 80-guest intimate wedding in our ancient forest clearing — a perfect 10 from every guest.
Andreea and Thomas came to us with a dream — an intimate wedding in a wild forest setting that felt genuinely magical, not staged. They had 80 guests coming from 12 countries and a vision rooted in nature, love, and extraordinary food.
The brief: no marquees, no artificial flowers, no DJ. Just the forest, firelight, the best local food imaginable, and a ceremony that felt ancient and eternal.
We accepted the challenge with absolute delight — and began planning eight months in advance.
We transformed our hidden forest clearing into a cathedral of light. Local artisans built long oak tables by hand. Our foragers sourced wild flowers, herbs and berries. The ceremony arch was woven from living branches.
Chef Radu and his team created a six-course feast celebrating Transylvanian harvest traditions — including a whole roasted boar from a local farm and a cake layered with wild bilberries and forest honey.
80 guests arrived as strangers. Three days later, they left as a community — connected by a forest, a feast, and a love story.
Vision sessions with the couple. Venue walkthrough, forager briefings, artisan sourcing begins.
Chef Radu designs the six-course menu. Artisans begin crafting the oak tables and ceremony arch.
All 80 guests housed across our 12 cabins. Transport and arrival schedules coordinated.
Clearing transformation begins. Lighting installed. Wild flowers gathered at dawn. Full rehearsal.
A perfect day from sunrise forest yoga to midnight dancing around the fire. Rating: 10/10.
We gave Egoist an impossible dream. They built it. Every single guest said it was the most beautiful event they had ever attended. We are forever grateful.
