Our flagship restaurant is at 42 Flavor Street, Downtown District. We have two additional locations in Midtown and the East Quarter. All locations are within walking distance of Metro stations.
Monday–Saturday: 8AM–10PM. Sunday: 9AM–9PM. Kitchen closes 30 minutes before closing time. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your reservation.
For dinner, reservations are strongly recommended as we fill up quickly, especially on weekends. For lunch, walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability. The Chef's Table always requires advance booking.
Yes! We offer complimentary valet parking on weekends. During the week, there is a public parking garage on Flavor Lane (150 yards away). We validate tickets with purchase.
We suggest smart casual to formal for dinner service. We want you to feel comfortable — what matters most is that you feel your best. Trainers and sportswear are kindly discouraged for evening dining.
Yes, with advance notice! Let us know when booking and we'll store your cake and present it at the right moment. A small cake-cutting fee of $5/person applies. Alternatively, our pastry team can create a bespoke celebration cake for you.
Absolutely! We love welcoming families. We have a dedicated children's menu and highchairs available on request. For the Chef's Table experience, we recommend guests 12 and older for the best experience.

All menu items as described in each package, service staff, and the dining space for the duration of your reservation. Alcoholic beverages beyond included pairings are charged separately.
A 15% service charge is added to all bills. This is distributed in full to our front-of-house and kitchen team. Additional gratuity is always appreciated and at your discretion.
Yes! Gift cards are available in any denomination from $50 upward. They can be purchased in-restaurant, by phone, or online. They never expire and are valid across all three locations.
Events require a 30% deposit to secure the date, with the remainder due 7 days before the event. We accept all major credit cards, bank transfer, and corporate purchase orders.
Yes! Corporate accounts with 4+ bookings per year qualify for our Business Partner program, which includes priority reservations, a dedicated account manager, and up to 20% off event pricing.

We take allergies extremely seriously. Please inform us at booking and again upon arrival. Our kitchen team will create alternative preparations where needed. We cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment but take every precaution possible.
Yes! We offer full plant-based tasting menus across all packages with advance notice. Our vegetarian options are always on-menu. Vegan menus require 48 hours' notice to ensure the best possible experience.
We are not currently halal or kosher certified. However, we can prepare menus that avoid certain ingredients on request. Please speak with our team in advance so we can advise on the most suitable options.
Yes — you can modify your reservation (guest count, time, special requests) through the confirmation link sent to your email, or by calling us directly. Changes less than 24 hours before your booking may not be possible.
